It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use Canada Post for deliveries. We also offer in-store pick up.
You will be advised by email once your order has shipped. Included in that email will be your tracking number so that you may monitor the progress of your package online at canadapost.ca if you so choose.

Most dance shoes are unisex. Generally, men should order 2 sizes larger than the suggested women’s size. Please see specific style for fitting tips
The full-sole ballet shoe is designed for a younger, less experienced dancer and provides a stable base to move on. The split-sole ballet shoe helps the more experienced dancer exhibit their technique by limiting the outsole to the toe and heel sections of the shoe.
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased please bring it back to our store in Vaughan for an exchange or store credit. Eligible exchanges and credits are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. All items must be unused, in their original packaging and have all attached tags. Items returned after 14 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. Purchases of Accessories, Tights and Clearance are final sale. Unfortunately we are not able to accept Dance Essentials gift cards and in-store credits for online purchases. Please contact us directly and we can apply for the credit in-store and you can pick-up.
The following items may NOT be returned: undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads), any and all accessories, discontinued items, and clearance items.
